A need for laughter

Although I was feeling like shit, momma always knows how to make me laugh.

She was making tea as she does in the morning. The water was boiled, the tea bag put into the measuring cup. Then she holds it up for me to see. "What's wrong with this?" I look, try to figure out what could possibly be wrong. "You mean, it looks cloudy? Maybe the tea bag leaked". I got up to inspect it. Nope, tea bag was intact.

"Oh shooot!" Mom goes. "Nevermind. I know what happened."
Me: "Ok, what?"
Mom: "...I forgot to pour the vinegar out of the kettle after I cleaned it."
Me: "So you mean,"
Mom: "There's vinegar in this water."
Me: "Ewwwwww."
